This time around Constantine.. took the back seat in the writing and focusing primarily in illustrating the book, as he joined forces with English writer, Emily-Rose, who lays out the origins of each of the protagonists in a way so brilliantly mesmerising that makes the reader feel as though they are situated right amongst the characters themselves. Constantine..s artwork feels as though you are looking at documents from the era whilst maintainig the upmost contemporary spirit that characterises his work and practice. This project experiments with intersections of literature, painting, illustration, and jazz, exploring themes related to culture and identity.
