Golden Fungal Paradise 2/6 formed part of a series of six temporary interventions in which golden mushroom sculptures appeared in different public and cultural locations across Edinburgh.

For this intervention, a golden mushroom was temporarily attached to the arm of a sculpture in the grounds of Modern One, entering into an unannounced encounter with the existing artwork and its institutional setting.

The intervention was documented on video before the mushroom was removed.
